If you provide an incorrect email and forget your password, the system has nowhere to send you a login link. With a phone number, we have the option to contact you and help you regain access to your account.

The organization name will be displayed to all users you invite to your organization and may appear on certificates. Therefore, we recommend filling in the full official name of your company. For example, Czech Railways, a.s.; My Company s.r.o.; Mgr. Josef Novák. After registration, you will be able to change the name in the organization settings and add your logo.

We recommend choosing a subdomain name that is short, simple and easy to remember. It may correspond to the name of your websites, so users will remember it well (the subdomain will be followed by .knowspread.com). You will use the subdomain as a link to your organization's e-learning and for private content offerings. For example: If your organization is Czech Railways a.s., we recommend shortening it to cd. Users can then log in directly to your organization by entering https://cd.knowspread.com. If someone is to provide content to your company, they must fill in the recipient domain, so it is practical for it to be as short and informative as possible.
